Youth and Family Camp
Hulaco
Youth and Family Camp is owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints and is located in the extreme southeast corner of Morgan County, Alabama near the small community of
Hulaco [hoo-lay-koh].
The
camp's primary purpose is to support
the young women camp program; however, all LDS Church groups and families are welcome
and encouraged to use the camp when young women camps are not
scheduled.
The 138 acre recreational camp
currently serves the following stakes: Bessemer Alabama Stake, Birmingham
Alabama Stake, Cartersville Georgia Stake, Chattanooga Tennessee Stake, Franklin
Tennessee Stake, Huntsville Alabama Stake, Montgomery Alabama Stake, Tupelo Mississippi
Stake.
